The training course on Rice Moisture Traceability System was held from 28 May to 1 June 2018 in the new building – National Institute of Metrology (Myanmar), Department of Research and Innovation, Ministry of Education, Yangon.
The training was attended by the staff from Metrology Department, DRI, MOE and CTQM, MOC.
The training was opened with the assistance of JICA and was instructed by the experts from KETT Electric Laboratory, Japan.
The Department of Research and Innovation plans to establish a laboratory to test rice moisture meters and provide calibration services with the assistance of JICA within this year.
