On 17th January 2020, Awareness Workshop for the Development of Myanmar Tea Standard sponsored by UNIDO was held at Department of Research and Innovation (DRI), Ministry of Education to develop Myanmar Tea Standards.
There are 61 representatives who attended the Workshop from National Standards and Quality Department, National Analytical Laboratory, Chemical Technology Research Center, Department of Agriculture, Food and Drug Administration Department (FDA), Department of Consumer Affairs, UMFCCI, relevant Stakeholders including Myanmar Tea Association and Myanmar Food Processors and Exporters Association.
