On 20th February 2019, CALIDENA Follow up Workshops of “Intervention area 3: Demand Condition” and “Intervention area 4: Quality Infrastructure Service” were held at Department of Research and Innovation(DRI), Ministry of Education to improve the quality of sesame along the value chain.
There are 25 representatives who attended these workshops from National Standards and Quality Department, National Analytical Laboratory, Trade Promotion Department, Ministry of Commerce, Sesame Trader association in Magwe Region, Myanmar Fruit and Vegetable Association, Myanmar Consumer Union, Myanmar Edible Oil Miller Association, NGOs and experts from PTB and GIZ.
