U.S.-ASEAN Digital Economy Standards and Conformity Assessment workshop was held on 18 January, 2024 convened by the ASEAN Secretariat via virtual system and the representatives from WG 1 members and as (WG1, ACCSQ) focal department of Myanmar such as Delegation Head of Myanmar Standards Body and colleagues had also been attended like other NSB of AMS. In the workshop, speakers from U.S, Singapore, Vietnam and Japan discussed respectively.
Accordingly, the workshop agenda has also been discussed the followings:
- Artificial Intelligence Standardization, Risk Management, and AI Conformity Assessment
- Overview of Information Security Management Systems Certification(ISMS) to ISO/IEC 27001 for Cloud Service Providers; Discussion on ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27002 on Information Security, Cyber security, and Privacy Protection
- ISO/IEC 27017, Information Security Controls for Cloud Services and a U.S. Approach to Conformity Assessment for Cloud Services
